The optical video Measuring Instrument is a high-precision and high-efficiency photoelectric measuring instrument composed of high-resolution CCD color camera, continuous zoom objective, PC display, transfer box, precision optical ruler, two-dimensional data measurement software, high-precision workbench, etc. Mainly used for two-dimensional measurement and can also be used for three-dimensional measurement.

 

Photoelectric image measurement is currently one of the most accurate and effective measurement methods. The working principle is that the measured workpiece (placed on the workbench) is illuminated by the surface light or contour light of the LED (base), and the image is captured in the casing of the zoom objective color CCD camera, and then passed through the S terminal. On the other hand, the video crosshairs generated by the software on the monitor are used as reference lines for measurement. The optical ruler and the X and Y directions are moved by the workbench, and the measurement data is processed and displayed on the computer by the conversion card to complete the measurement work.

 

 

 

The overall structure of an optical video measuring instrument can be divided into three parts:

 

 

 

(1) The main body of the instrument structure includes: instrument base, column, Z-axis transmission, X, Y workbench, and X, Y rod transmission mechanism;

 

 

 

(2) Image system;

 

 

 

(3) Zoom lens, zoom range 0.7-4.5x, total video magnification 34-220x, color CCD camera in hood: The image captured by the zoom lens is converted into an electronic signal, which is then transmitted to the 17 "color display through the S terminal. For measurement and aiming, a cross line for alignment and edge finding is generated, and the contour line needs to be grounded.
