Product Description

Measuring principle:
The measuring principle of the instrument is the rectangular coordinate measurement method; that is, the coordinate points of the surface profile of the parts to be measured are mapped out through the X-axis and Z1-axis sensors, and the coordinate point data measured by the sensor is transmitted to the upper PC through the electrical components. The software performs mathematical operations on the original coordinate data collected and marks the required engineering measurement items.

The software system interface is shown in the figure. The system interface mainly includes: menu, toolbar, status bar, graphic display area (contour and roughness view), annotation information area (contour annotation and roughness parameter list), system parameter display area, and device control area.

1) Menu/toolbar: See the corresponding content in the menu and toolbar section.
2) Status bar: displays information such as the current operation prompt and the coordinates of the cursor in the graphic display area.
3) System parameter display area: used to display and set system parameters such as equipment parameters, measurement parameters, and display parameters.

After the measurement, labeling, and parameter evaluation of the parts are completed, the inspection results can be printed out. The user enters the printing information of the inspection report (part name, part number, inspector, company name, etc.) through the print information setting dialog box, and selects format output options (contour/roughness graph, contour annotation information list, roughness evaluation parameter list). The preview result of the print is the print result, and the contour chart is shown in the figure.
