Usage environment:



Avoid vibration. If the image measurement instrument is subjected to additional ambient vibration, the measurement accuracy will be reduced. When the frequency is less than 10Hz, the amplitude of the surrounding vibration should not exceed 2 micrometers (peak to peak difference); When the frequency is between 10Hz and 50Hz, the acceleration should not exceed 0.4gal. If the vibration exceeds these limits, anti vibration measures should be taken (such as using Ling shock absorbers for installation).



The components of the dust-free image measurement instrument must be dust-free. Although the dust cover has a certain protective effect on the image Measuring Instrument, it should be cleaned regularly.

The power supply adopts 90-264 V AC, 47-63 Hz, and 10 Amp stable power supply to ensure the normal operation of the instrument.



The ambient temperature should be maintained at 20+1. Please do not adjust the accuracy of the machine at high or low temperatures. Otherwise, the accuracy of the instrument at 20 ℃ cannot be guaranteed.



Humidity and humidity have no direct adverse impact on measurement accuracy. However, high humidity can rust the mechanical surface and hinder smooth axial movement. Therefore, it is recommended to maintain environmental humidity between 30% and 80%.



The lighting image measuring instrument cannot be placed in an environment with strong light or direct sunlight, otherwise it will seriously affect the measurement accuracy of the measuring instrument.

Component maintenance: When loading and unloading workpieces, the measuring platform should be very careful. Sometimes the measuring platform will attach to the water vapor and oil mist layer. Cleaners should be used to remove dirt.



When the body shell is not working, please cover it with a dust cover. Once the body shell is contaminated, please wipe it with a soft cloth. Because when the body shell is contaminated, although contamination does not directly affect measurement accuracy, contamination may still spread to other parts of the body, such as linear slides or platforms, which can affect measurement accuracy.
