1. The landing gear is defective. Common problems include abnormal noise during landing, inability to rise and fall, falling feeling during landing, bouncing, large clearance between transmission time and space, fine adjustment without transmission, loose projection screen frame, etc.
2. There is something wrong with the situation. Generally, it is easy to show that the smooth rod is idling, the smooth rod drive is bouncing, the friction drive is not smooth, the event table is noisy, and the event table is stuck. When dealing with the problem, we should find out the cause of the problem and then focus on it. It can be adjusted by adjusting the screw tightness of the spring, changing the bearing, adding new oil, adding smooth oil, changing the polished rod, adjusting or changing the polished rod bracket.
3. The projection screen is defective. When there is sound in the torsion, the impurities (such as rust stains) on the end face can be cleared and the positioning bearing can be replaced. When twisting, the friction force is large. You can loosen the locking screw or change the friction. When the torsion is uneven, the dial seat, friction wheel and friction wheel axle can be replaced. When the projection screen torsion is not counted, the angle friction machine can be tightened, the signal wire can be welded, and the connector can be connected.
4. Projection imaging problem. It can stop washing the objective lens, projection screen, desk glass, condenser, reflector, etc. Stop conditioning or changing the filament. If the power supply voltage of the lamp tank is too low, add a main power regulator.

If you want to make the image-measuring instrument less defective, you should pay attention to the daily maintenance of the instrument. The instrument should be kept in a clean and dry room with proper constant temperature to prevent mildew on optical parts, rust on metal parts, dust and debris peeling. Overview of optical components should be kept clean, and should not be touched by hand, but should be kept clean frequently.
