Product Description

     Roughness meter is also called surface roughness meter, surface finish meter, Surface Roughness Tester, roughness meter, Roughness Tester, etc. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, wide measurement range, simple operation, easy to carry, stable operation, etc. It can be widely used in the detection of various metal and non-metal machined surfaces. The appearance design is firm and durable, and the anti electromagnetic interference ability is remarkable, which conforms to the current design trend.

     The application fields of roughness meter include:

1、 Mechanical processing and manufacturing industry, mainly metal processing and manufacturing. Roughness tester was originally produced to detect the surface roughness of machined parts. In particular, the stylus roughness tester is more suitable for the detection of hard metal surfaces. Such as: automobile parts processing and manufacturing industry, machinery parts processing and manufacturing industry, etc. As long as the workpiece surface quality is involved in these processing and manufacturing industries, it is essential for the detection and application of the roughness meter.

Roughness tester

     The surface Roughness Measuring Instrument based on the principle of needle tracing is one of the main components of the profiler, which consists of a sensor, a driver, a zero indicator, a recorder and an inductive sensor. A diamond stylus is installed at one end of the sensor measuring rod. The radius of curvature of the stylus tip is very small. During the measurement, the stylus is placed on the workpiece and vertically contacts the measured surface. The driver is used to drag the sensor at a certain speed. As the measured surface profile peaks and valleys fluctuate, the stylus will move up and down when sliding on the measured surface. This movement makes the magnetic core move up and down synchronously through the fulcrum, thus changing the inductance of the two differential inductance coils surrounding the magnetic core. The coil of the sensor and the measuring line are directly connected to the balance bridge. The change of the coil inductance makes the bridge lose balance, so a signal proportional to the displacement of the contact pin is output. After the electronic device amplifies the change of the weak electricity and detects the phase sensitive wave, a signal that can indicate the size and direction of the contact pin displacement is obtained. Thereafter, the signal is divided into three channels: one is added to the zero indicator to indicate the position of the contact pin, and the other is sent to the DC power amplifier to drive the recorder to record after amplification; The other path is amplified by the filter and the average meter amplifier, and then enters the integration calculator for integration calculation, so that the surface roughness Ra value can be directly read out by the indicator meter.

Measuring principle:

The measuring principle of this instrument is the rectangular coordinate measurement method, that is, the coordinate points of the surface profile of the parts to be measured are mapped through the X axis and Z1 axis sensors, and the coordinate point data measured by the sensor is transmitted to the upper PC through the electrical components. The software performs mathematical operation on the original coordinate data collected, and marks the required engineering measurement items.

The performance of this instrument can be compared with that of imported instruments, and its indicators have reached international standards. The instrument meets the requirements of national standards GB/T3505-2000, GB/T6062-2001, GB/T10610-1998, and international standards ISO5436, ISO11562, ISO4287
