Product Description

     The semi-automatic image measuring instrument means that the Z-axis can focus automatically: the software can automatically determine the focusing plane, ensure the accuracy of each focusing, reduce the error value caused by human factors, improve the reproducibility of focusing, make the image after focusing the most clear, further improve the accuracy of subsequent measurement, and insert the automatic focusing program in the programming process to eliminate the series of error values that may occur in batch products, And input the operation program.


Basic functions of measurement software:
Z-axis automatic focusing: the computer automatically determines the focusing plane to ensure the accuracy of each focusing, reduce the error caused by human judgment, improve the reproducibility of focusing, so that the image after focusing can reach the best, thus also improving the accuracy of subsequent measurement. In addition, automatic focusing can be inserted during the programming process to eliminate the possible height difference of batch products, and enter the program.

Automatic capture: use image tools to quickly and automatically capture the boundary points of basic geometric contours, and directly fit them into lines, circles and arcs.

Mapping function: mechanical graphics output directly Dxf format, realizing 2D reading function, and seamlessly connecting with AutoCAD, Pro/e, UG and other software.

Photographing function: the workpiece in the measuring area is magnified, photographed and graphically output, and converted into (. bmp,. jpg).

Measurement report: tolerance can be set for measurement data, automatic judgment can be made, required measurement data can be selected, and standard WORD and EXCEL chart reports can be generated.

Photometric indication: guide the user to adjust the light and shade of the light source to the best intensity to reduce the uncertainty caused by human activities.

Basic measurement: measurement of points, lines, circles, arcs and ellipses.

Online annotation: dimension, radius annotation, diameter annotation, angle annotation, linear annotation, alignment annotation, text annotation, coordinate annotation, etc. can be annotated in real-time images.

Offline annotation: it can be dimensioned in the whole aerial view.

Geometric measurement: distance between two arc vertices, distance between two lines, vertical line, parallel line, cutting line, extended line, intersection point of two lines, intersection point of line and circle, intersection point of two circles, tangent line of circle, tangent line of two circles, connecting arc of two lines, bisector of angle.

Auxiliary functions: copy, select all, delete, move, mirror, rotate.

Coordinate system: set customer coordinate system, three-point coordinate system, coordinate origin translation, and coordinate rotation.

Coordinate marking: mark the coordinate position of any point on the screen based on the self set coordinate origin (0,0).

Contrast function: the program can be directly input DXF file, in the image measurement area, realizes the visual measurement comparison between the magnified image of the workpiece and the standard design drawing.

Drawing: the actual workpiece profile in the real-time image can be described to form a complete engineering drawing, and the drawing method is similar to AutoCAD.

Report format: measurement data can be directly imported into EXCEL, word and CAD drawing files.

Automatic edge searching function: the software adopts automatic edge searching, which can reduce the error caused by visual judgment.
